I didn't get it very well.

He's probably implying that some users do not speak English fluently, so they try and think what they gonna say in Greek.

Whe we 're trying to write/speak in English we, the Greeks, tend to translate phrases, words, etc from our language to English. For example, we say in greek "Θα πάω να δω ταινία το Σάββατο το απόγευμα". Ιn English, one would say "I'm watching a movie on Saturday evening". However, a Greek person would say "I'll go to see a movie at Saturday evening". It is soooo common mistake, everybody makes.

The point I want to make is that tenses in english are used differently than our tenses (the greek language's tenses, that is). Also, just because English is a language full of infinitives, we tend to believe it is as complicated as our language, which is not the case. English follows this syntax "Subject+verb+object". You can't leave out the subject, because you don't determine who you are referring to.
