Μας έβαλε η καθηγήτρια των αγγλικών στο σχολείο να γράψουμε ένα τέτοιο γράμμα... Και είναι το πτώτο μου...Σας παρακαλώ πείτε μου για τυχόν εκφραστικά, γραμματικά ή για άλλα λάθη...Στο γράμμα αυτό πρέπει να παραπονεθούμε για μία εταιρεία τρένων και μας έχει ήδη παραδώσει ένα διάγραμμα με τα παράπονα...Ας αρχίσω όμως, τα πολλά λόγια είναι φτώχεια!
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about the local train servise. I am disappointed with several things.
First of all I must say that I am very dissatisfied with the service, because the staff from the ticket boot is unfriendly and the conductors are rude. I also must mention that the trains are always late in the morning, so that I can not get to work on time. I nearly lost my job over this. Furthermore while passengers are waiting for their train they are getting cold, because there is not heating in the waiting room. I also can not understand why the trains often cancelled at last minute and I have not a mean of transport to get to work. Additionally the trains break down regularly. Last but not least, I think your company need more trains at busy times, so that they are not so crowded.
I sincerly hope my complains will be dealt appropriately in the near future.
