I have an ECPE Proficiency from the university of Michigan. Never occured to me to take the same exams for Cambridge, I was used to the multiple choice style.

I'm going to study there actually! So I 'm a little worried how will I manage to understand everyones' accents. That's my only concern.

Your concern would be the least of my worries. You'll get used to hearing all kinds of accents after a while, discern where each accent comes from and choose the one you like the best. I'm planning on studying in UK as well, but who knows what the future holds, I'll go with the flow.
