Who said sth about the Lisbon Treaty?

It is basically a European Constitution, adjusted so that it meets the demands of the French and the Dutch, who rejected in 2000 sth. I don' t think it does anything more than favouring centralisation. Heard that it gives more responsibilities to the European Parliament, but it has been a long time since I read it and I don' t remember...

Greetings. This is my first post, so I'll introduce myself and talk about the topic after that too.

My name is Nikos, and I just finished the 2nd class of the senior high school. I'm excited and a bit nervous at the same time, since I'm glad that I'll finally finish school but I have to study a lot too. I was thinking how a forum discussing school stuff would be some weeks ago, and I searched for one but never found it. Now I was searching for something about my homework on mathematics and stumbled upon this topic. As for English, I got both the lower and profficiency Michigan.

I dislike French, to be honest. Maybe I would dislike any language that I don't use everyday too. I mean, I like English because I use it everyday on the internet. Learning a language that you're never gonna use anyway is a bit pointless in my opinion.

I dont think that French are useless. They are even used in Eurovision. grece douze points(greece twelve points). They are the second language of EU so we shouldnt underestimate it. It isnt a "lingua franca" such as English but it has played a prominent role in the creation fo modern cilivisation(via age of enlightenment,french revolution etc)

Personally, I visited England twice, last year and the year before that, but unfortunately I can't this summer cause of the final exams... It's a great and clean country.
