They have been dragging this thing forever,there's been lots of speculation regarding its fate and,yes, if you were to ask a dozen people you wouln't get a straight answer.Either way, wouldn't you think twice before recommending it to sb?

when was the last time you talked to UCLAN people?because last time I checked they said things don't look good but they were still hopeful!

Then, my dear ,congratulations are in order!No matter which prof you got.(except Lancashire which is not and will not ever be approved in Greece)
Also,seeing as how you have a couple of years to invest why don't you pursue a 2nd foreign language?you can reach a B2 level in italian or spanish in just a year!But then again you could focus on your greek and get some rest, right?(it does sound better ,doesn't it?)

I didn't mention that I passed the ECPE examination......I have already recieved a degree in german and in may i will stop german lessons if i recieve b2...then I'll focus on my school lessons

I would like to say that hearsay is not a reliable sourse of information.

Many people have said that this exam will be accepted by asep and they have been saying so for a long time. But it doesn't matter what people say. What matters is what Greek and British law states.

And so far according to the above Uclan is an exam that can not be accepted by asep

As Teo said, in the last FEKs you can see that UCLAN C2 is or will be recognised by asep. Just follow the link that my friend gave and see for yourself!

It is not confusing really

Not unless you want it to be. Curently Uclan certificates are not included in asep's lists and the ESB certificates are different certificates issued by another awarding body

I think it is rather simple

Yeah, sonia. Nowadays, when we say UCLAN, we mean level C2. ALL THE OTHER levels, are called ESB B1, B2...etc. So, if you hear someone talking about UCLAN, then he/she's talking about PROFICIENCY...

I would like to know, if you were kind enough to inform me, whether I should perform actions in order to qualify my certificate of proficiency again. I've obtained it many years ago. in other words, is the certificate of proficiency, once obtained, valid for good? thank you in advance!!!
