Εμπρακτη στήριξη έδειξαν οι Γάλλοι στην Ελλάδα τα τελευταία χρόνια επιλέγοντάς την για τις διακοπές τους.
Πολλοί εξ’ αυτών προτίμησαν την χώρα μας συνειδητά, ως πράξη αλληλεγγύης για τη κρίση που βιώνει η Ελλάδα. Άλλοι άλλαξαν τον τόπο των διακοπών τους κρίνοντας ότι η Ελλάδα είναι ένας ασφαλής τουριστικός προορισμός.
Φέτος βάσει των τελευταίων εκτιμήσεων ο αριθμός των Γάλλων τουριστών στην Ελλάδα θα ξεπεράσει το 1,5 εκατ. Πρόκειται για έναν αριθμό ρεκόρ που κατατάσσει τη γαλλική αγορά μέσα στις τρεις πρώτες για την Ελλάδα.
Ενδεικτικό είναι το γεγονός ότι το 2012 επισκέφθηκαν την Ελλάδα 977. 376 Γάλλοι τουρίστες ενώ το 2013 έφθασαν τους 1.152.217 παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 17,9%.
Το 2014 έφθασαν το 1.463.157 εμφανίζοντας αύξηση κατά 27%. Φέτος για το διάστημα Ιανουαρίου – Αυγούστου οπότε υπάρχουν τα τελευταία διαθέσιμα στοιχεία ο αριθμός των Γάλλων τουριστών ξεπέρασε το 1,1 εκατ. παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 4,4%.
Παράλληλα, οι Γάλλοι έφθασαν τις ταξιδιωτικές τους δαπάνες στη χώρα μας από 763 εκατ. το 2012 σε 1,13 δις. ευρώ πέρυσι συμβάλλοντας έμπρακτα στην ελληνική οικονομία.
Τοσοι ηταν οι Γαλλοι... Περισσοτεροι ηταν οι γαλλοφωνοι. Οσο για το πια ηταν η δευτερη ξενη γλωσσα στην Ευρωπη εχει ηδη απαντηθει. Στη Β. Ελλαδα η επιλογη ειναι καθαρα συγκυριακη. Ολοι οι φιλοι μου απο Ν. Ελλαδα μιλουν για ανακαμψη των γαλλικων. Αυτα βεβαια ειναι καθαρα συγκυριακα και μεσα σε μια δεκαετια θα εχουν αλλαξει πολυ. Ασε που εξαρτωνται απο τα εσοδα του κρατους... Ας ξεχασουν καποιοι τους διορισμους... Εκτος κι αν το παιξουμε Βενεζουελα. Μπρρ...
Οποιοσδηποτε γιατρος Ελληνας βρισκει δουλεια στη Γαλλια. Το ξερω πολυ καλα. Στην επαρχια ομως...
Στη διπλωματια με τα αγγλικα, τα γαλλικα ειναι οι δυο υποχρεωτικες γλωσσες. Χρειαζονται αλλες δυο μεταξυ ισπανικων, ρωσσικων η κινεζικων. Οι αλλες δε θεωρουνται διεθνεις γλωσσες. Στις πολιτικες επιστημες ειναι η σημαντικοτερη.
